Yvonne - Support Coordinator

Yvonne serves as Excellence in Care’s Support Coordinator. In her role, she is the first point of contact for all incoming communication, managing child placements, addressing inquiries from educators and parents, and handling general office duties. Yvonne collaborates closely with Kylie Smith to ensure the best outcomes for everyone involved.

Kylie is Excellence In Care's Support Coordinator, responsible for overseeing and supporting the Field Coordinators to help them reach their full potential across all platforms and settings. She regularly visits educators in their working environments, often engaging with new and prospective educators looking to join our EIC family. As a crucial foundational team member, Kylie plays a key role in guiding the company alongside our Directors. You may also hear her on the phone as she supports the admin team!

Cathy is Excellence In Care's Field Coordinator, overseeing educators in the Gold Coast area and its surroundings. She provides daily support to educators in their working environments and develops learning resources for the children and educators within our family daycare service.
